1.1b changes:
Unit prices changed for ballancing.
Upgrade costs changed for ballancing and uniqueness.
Upgrading has greater benefit.
Center area has been enlarged.
Teleportals have been physicaly re designed.
Some less used units have been re designed to be more usefull.
Energy costs for most abilities have been slightly changed.
More resource points have been added in the botton corner.
Player HQ buildings near the resource points that were further away then the others have been placed closer.
Time between wave type aditions have been extended by one count down each.
Message now apears when a unit gets through the portal.
Message apears telling player of number of probes remaining when they reach certain points.
Enemy zerglings have been changed slightly.
