1.13 changes:
Modified a few unit stats.
Completely re designed the shop units to be usefull to each race and to slightly benefit their parent race.
Added 3 new units to shop.
Re organised probes into groups of 10-5 for counting. Although not in a straight line.
Nuclear Missle has been fixed.
